Antique Floral Moustache Cup and Matching Saucer – A Present from Bristol

Beautiful vintage mustache cup in white porcelain with gilding, decorated with flowers, and its matching saucer. A ceramic piece inside the cup protects the moustache from any beverage! The cup is marked “Made in Bavaria” and comes with a matching saucer. Around the rim, in gold Gothic lettering, is the inscription: “A Present from Bristol”. This type of cup is typical of the Victorian era (late 19th century) and was often given as a souvenir gift from a trip. Antique, second-hand item, may have minor defects, stains or cracks.
