Description Eco Handmade Marine Themed Bracelet This eco handmade marine themed bracelet uses a range of reclaimed and also recycled marine debris. The fishing net encased in clear resin, acts as a lovely background for the scattering of man made pieces displayed in it. Predominantly made with pieces of hard marine plastics, this bangle also features a piece of marine fern in among the netting. Caste in a ” wonky” shape, this quirky bangle has one end wider than the other, so it can sit comfortably on the wrist as well as further up your arm. A Bangle that carries an environmental message. Collected from our beaches, marine debris, including discarded caste netting and also pieces of hard plastics are key features in this bangle. Hand collected by both volunteers and recreational dive groups, the plastic and netting  has been featured as a deliberate environmental statement. This may be due to something in the resin sitting close to the surface and creating slight ripples or waves in the surface of the resin.  It may be that the micro plastics react with the resin and cause slight clouding in spots.  There may even be a slight or small dimple caused by an air bubble. We believe all these features show that each of our pieces is hand made and not produced in a factory or by machine. They also make each piece unique and quirky.  Care of eco handmade marine themed bracelet. Resin does gradually yellow with time due to exposure to UV. With this in mind, we send you your bracelet in its own bag. We suggest storing it away from light when not being worn. To clean your bracelet, simply wipe it over with a soft cloth.
