Wow, I love these moving duffel bags! I move on average every two years and on occasion have resorted to using large black trash bags to move towels, bedding, clothes. I know, how tres chic. But these have been a game changer! They hold A LOT. Some of these bags I packed were so heavy I could not move them. But my husband hoisted them here and there, back and forth without issue. No holes, no problems with the zippers, the handle/straps go all around and were secure. They seem very well made.In the chaos of packing/moving I ended up without a suitcase so I used one of these bags for that. They are so lightweight (before filling) so I also appreciated that. On road trips I’ll probably start taking one of these instead of a suitcase, and another bag. It’s nice to pack in this kind of a bag because if you end up with treasures from your trip, these bags can be squished around to make room for whatever you bring home with you.I’ll be keeping one in my car so that after a day of shopping, I can put the bags from other purchases inside this bag, and then make just one trip to the house. When I go shopping I end up with a large number of purchases ( I use my Trader Joe’s bags for everything) and I can probably fit 4-5 TJ bags within a duffel bag.These bags fold up nicely, so whatever I don’t use on a daily basis will be taking up very little space, waiting for my next adventure!These come in a variety of colors but I stick to black. When you’re driving for multiple days, and making stops for gas, meals, etc. I try to make my stuff as invisible as possible. Although my car windows are tinted pretty heavily, if the light hits the right way you can see into the car. With black bags, they tend to blend in with the black interior of the car so I feel like my stuff is less of a target for opportunistic individuals.
