Make tool setup a snap! Tool setup fixtures clamp HSK of ISO tool holders for accurate tool set-up and makes awkward tool handling a thing of the past. When firmly secured to a work bench, the set up fixture accepts the tool holder and offers a safe and effective way to check and tighten the tool into the tool holder using a torque wrench. This insures secure tool assembly without over-tightening the collet nut. A ball bearing in the setup fixture locks the toolholder in position so the collet nut can be tightened without movement. Proper setup eliminates test cuts as well as wasted time and material. The “PLUS” version setup fixture (6355.630.00) can be accessorized with height and diameter gauges to create a complete measuring system. (sold separately) The HSK-F 63 fixture can be used for HSK-A 63 and HSK-E 63 as well. Setup fixtures are also available for HSK-E 40, SK30 / HSK-F 50 / HSK-E 50, SK40 / BT40, SK30 with serrated collar (Morbidelli), ISO30 / BT30 and HSK-W 85 (Weinig) on request.
