Th​is magnet​ic frame is ​crystal clear and the outer dimensions are true to size. ​They have a very clean, modern look. There is a protective film on both sides of each half of the ​f​rame which needs to be removed. It takes a bit of finesse to remove the film and I found it more difficult than what the video depicts. I’m sure there must be a trick to lifting the edge of the film, but I have no idea what it is, and I’m know I was being extra cautious because I didn’t want to scratch them.The magnets are easy to use. The front and back of the magnets hold together quite well. ​I tried them with different weights of paper and found that a thinner paper works best as the magnets aren’t super strong. I tried some sketch paper and the magnets slowly began to slide down the side of the refrigerator. While they will accommodate a picture the full size of the frame, I found that the pieces held together better if the picture or insert did not cover the magnets. This reduces the overall size of what I can put in them by almost 1/2 inch in length and width, and I know they will stay together. The magnets are strong enough to hold a lightweight piece of paper, such as a note or grocery list, to the door, but did not do well with paper that was much larger or heavier, like an index card. I plan to use these to display small drawings and photos inside the frame but not to hold anything else in place under them so they will work fine for my needs.
